Returns & Exchange Policy

At Whieda Global, we stand behind the premium quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and exchange policy complies with international consumer protection standards, including UK and EU regulations.

1. General Returns (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all factory seals intact.
  • Exclusions: For health and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the packaging has been opened. This includes massage gels, balms, insoles, and personal wellness accessories.

2. Defective or Damaged Products (Warranty Claims) Our technical devices, such as the Bio-Energy Massager (BEM) and Terahertz Cell Activators, are covered by an official global manufacturer’s warranty.

  • If you receive a defective item or if a device malfunctions due to a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no extra cost.
  • Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, dropping, or water exposure.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange To start a return or report a defective item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order details and a clear video/photo of the issue (if claiming a defect).
  3. Our team will provide you with the exact return shipping address (our European logistics hub in Lithuania or our UK representative, depending on your location).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: If the product is faulty or we made an error with your order, Whieda Global will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
