2. Shipping Origins To ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery, your order will be dispatched from the Whieda Head Office in Lithuania, or from our certified regional partner warehouses located across the European Union and the United Kingdom.

3. Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times depend on your exact location:

  • European Union & United Kingdom: Typically 3–7 business days.
  • Other International Destinations: Typically 7–14 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or customs processing.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • For EU and UK Customers: Since we utilize local fulfillment centers for the EU and the UK, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply to orders shipped domestically within these regions.
  • For Other International Customers: Elena Sinitsina and https://whiedapro.com/ are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
